Tue, 28 Sep 2010Indeed, when people talk about the roots of House/Techno especially, most people neglect this mid 70s early 80s stuff. I mean were Detroit and Chicago heads not eating up stuff like Kraftwerk and Cabaret Voltaire and Chris & Cosey etc?? Many are hip to it especially now, but most overlook it, sadly.

I'm really liking the garage/freakbeat element here too. Something Sandwell Districts more recent artwork hints at.
