Sat, 03 Mar 2012Hey Tommy... yes, you are right about that... however, there're a lot of people who doesn't actually know what psy-trance is... they just like this name, the way it sounds! sometimes, they are just listen electro-house and think this is psy-trance, I don't exactly what's the buzz with Brazilians and this word 'psy-trance'... but it's very funny... in Brazil, we have a very strong rave culture in smaller cities where this kind of music is very popular. But, in Brazil, EDM has phases... from 2000... More

Sat, 03 Mar 2012Regardless, Brazil definitely has a great and ever growing underground Psychedelic Trance scene.
I am not sure about other EDM genres but I know for a fact that this one is on the way UP.

Fri, 02 Mar 2012Eh, the article is all about $$ (forbes as expected). Wouldn't take it too seriously in terms of quality over other places.

Thu, 01 Mar 2012D-Edge is fucking nice... but, for me, that's pretty much it. Clubs in Brazil are way too expensive and the music is crap. I ain't gonna pay $200 dollars to come listen to Lady Gaga... Hopefully, there's a very nice underground scene in Brazil, but, still, does not come even close to the scenes from Berlin, London, etc - in terms of the quality of music itself.
