what world are you living in? ugly and chaotic? ive heard many different descriptions of the city but nothing like that, yeah parts of it are rough/run-down/grimey like any city in the world, but amsterdam is a beautiful city!

and oh yes, i forgot no one actually does anything but smoke weed in amsterdam, the museums/gallerys/shops are only open for the fun of it,... More

I agree with Clarke in the sense that Amsterdam has grown to be viewed only as a city of ganja. Though I fail to see why he finds the city to be beautiful, it's a fucking ugly and chaotic city.
