Mon, 24 Sep 2012Even though I own his whole catalog, and have been buying them religiously for years now, I wouldn't mind represses for the simple fact that I'm almost scared to play the records themselves more than a few times a year for fear of damage and wear. So I end up playing my rips more often than not. It's not as much of a concern for his past couple releases because I bought doubles with that in mind...but my copies of anything pre-Man or Mistress only goes out in the most special of occasions.... More

Sat, 22 Sep 2012As long as there's demand, as far as I'm concerned the supply should keep coming if it's at all possible. In the case of Levon's output I can see there being a demand for it years from now because his music has a timeless quality.

I have some of his stuff on original pressings, got 2 copies of 'Invisible Bitchslap' on repress (I'm such an egalitarian, generous, all-round great guy that I gave away one of those to a friend), and I also picked up the second edition of 'Six Figures.' However... More
