This looks wicked and I want to go..... However, I have one reservation! I bought a ticket for the Kanna Beach Club do last SONAR with a similar line-up to this and it turned into total chaos. Not only was it a nightmare getting there but, when we eventually did, we couldn't get in and had to leave cos the door staff were a-holes and they wouldn't let peepz with e-tickets in. Can one of the Promoters give people coming over from the UK some assurances that this WON'T happen again and it would be a really really BIG BIG help if they could give us a few advance clues how to get to the venue as well!!!!! Sorry, boring I know, but really do want to get a ticket for this just don't want to waste another night, and a shed-load of cash, for nada....

here some facts...

1. it's not in the same location as last year. because last year there was no location existing besides a green area with production, visuals and a big soundsystem.

2. the new club we're opening is called GHOA BEACH CLUB... and not kanna... and has absolutely nothing to do with the KANNA BEACH CLUB everybody saw last year...
It is not in the same location. Not the same owners. Not even the same license.
This is an open air beach club (rainsafe!) with swimmingpool and 2 areas and not an outdoor festival on the green as these Kanna Beach people did last year.

3. We have all liceneses in place. Not even the catalan prime minister can stop us from partying... and for sure not SONAR...

4. All tickets are available here online on Resident Advisor exclusively.

5. You'll find out about the rest of our GHOA BEACH CLUB opening week here on Resident Advisor so just keep checking the news!

I bought e-tickets last year, as did lots of other people in the KANNA shambles, but hardly any of us got in. Wanna come but DON'T wanna waste my money!!!!!!!!!!!!! did u even read what i wrote? we are not KANNA. and we don't understand where this is coming from.

it is not fair that we are getting all these pointless messages here for fuck ups other people/promoters did last year in a different venue. we understand the worries you have, but we cannot give you anymore facts then we already did on this message board.

anyways...Thanks for your message. We know that people are worried and we know that people have a memory of last years event... i have been in Kanna last year partying myself and that was a HUGE MESS.... holy moly!

Please also realize that no agency or artist would work with us if they knew that we have anything to do with these Kanna Beach People.

I had try to look with google map by adding addresses given upper and 'Goa Beach Club' but it sux !

RUNNING HOURS OF THE TRAINS: FROM 5AM IN THE MORNING TILL 2AM AT NIGHT

From Plaza Catalunya:
Take the RED METRO [L1] to STATION MARINA. It's only 3 stops from PL. CATALUNYA STATION.

Leave the metro station and get out onto the street and go to the TRAM station which is 10 meters walking distance from the metro station.

Now take the next TRAM [T4] direction ESTACION DE SANT ADRIA. (The train that is driving in the direction of the big coloured building, exactly... that one which looks like you know what.... aka TORRE AGBAR. Enjoy the views of the city during the next 15minutes (you are driving down Diagonal, there is a lot of structures with beautiful arquitecture... Have your camera ready!)

Then get off the TRAM [T4] at the last station ESTACION DE SANT ADRIA.
Now you're 50meters walking distance from the club. Just go towards the beach and follow the good music!


*THE WHOLE TRIP NEEDS 1 METRO TICKET, NO NEED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. MEANS IT COSTS LESS THEN 1,5€ BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO GET TO GHOA BEACH CLUB!
