| #3 / Fri, 04 Jun 10 14:53 Excellent releases, each one is very unique and sounds amazing! I usually buy 2, 1 for the car and 1 for the house. Further tapes brought life back to my car deck. Congrats Mark, I look forward to your upcoming releases. Thanks for being a gent

| #11 / Sat, 05 Jun 10 10:45 Casettes are cool, so is vinyl, when you can get hold of it. Especially with these limited releases its really difficult to get the music in South Africa. Digital releases please!

| #18 / Mon, 07 Jun 10 02:41 Yeah cool concept, but 100 copies only is a bit too limited imo.
@pipecock Sound "quality" is average at best for cassettes. Electronic music does sound "good" though with tape, mainly due to the reasons mentioned in the article, ie bass frequencys sounding great given how compression is done.
The deterioration factor with cassettes is a massive problem. Sound quality will progressively get worse far quicker than any vinyl release would. Wouldn't stop me picking up some of their tape releases though to enjoy them while they last.

| #19 / Mon, 07 Jun 10 07:09 dance music genre & production trends are all about recycling once old and tired concepts into new, exciting interpretations. kudos to cul & chloe for applying that concept to the distribution medium. gotta stand out in this day & age.
well written article, btw.

| That's right, the people don't come because you grandiose motherfuckers don't play shit that they like. If you played the shit that they like, then people would come, simple as that. |
