 | RA Review None of the tracks on Ikonika's Edits EP are new per se, but the sheer enjoyment factor is hard to deny: These are some of the best tracks of the year. When presented together on Contact, Love, Want, Have , each melted with the next creating a perfectly-sequenced series of computer R&B, turning..

have seen a lot of hype around this girl and i'm just not feeling anything from any of her tracks. they provoke little to no emotion for me, but i can see how others might appreciate this type of sound
but the rating system of tracks and releases this year has made little sense.

I'm not sure how you can read this reviewer's opinion of this release and not understand why it was rated a 4/5. It makes complete sense.

...4/5. It makes complete sense. 4/5 is really not making any sense for this release, the whole album was totally overrated as well, it sounds like bad dance-hall music from late 90's, very well polished,/shiny and unnecessary loud.

Again, your complaint isn't with the rating system. It's with the reviewer's opinion. Don't really care either way about this release. Just be more precise in your criticisms.

| #7 / Mon, 19 Jul 10 14:33 sounds like a video game soundtrack alright... "video delays" & "they are all losing the war" have a nice 90s rephlex vibe to my ear.
