I absolutely hate when I see people's negative comments, non-sense questions, etc...but if there is something I need to speak up about is an item I have on the top of my wish list: additional speakers to enhance the current sound system in your parties.
The Drumcode Party would have been beyond the word perfection if you guys had set up speakers in the back. I feel like everyone was too cramped up by the stage due to the lack of sound throughout the rest of the venue.
I hope the feedback isn't taking negative in any way, which is not meant to, but I believe many of your other regulars would agree.

It was so hot and smokey you could barely breathe because there was no ventilation. To have so little respect for the people paying for your party is just sad. These parties seem to be going the way of the Drop Bass parties in WI back in the mid 90's - jam as many people as you can into a warehouse, don't provide any facilities, and count your money while people leave your parties in borderline medical shock. After all they're all tweakin anyway - who cares, right? Reading some older forum posts I see that the promoters don't respond well to criticism and I'm sure some jackass will claim that wanting to be able to BREATHE is a sure sign of being a "noob". But listen people: it's not necessary to give up basic human comforts to hear good music. Air, water, and toilets are not a luxury. Just support promoters who aren't so greedy and maybe they'll get the message. And for the bozos who insist that refusing to post set times is some sign of being old school - if you were actually around for the early warehouse parties in bklyn you would know that set times were clearly posted at many parties and freely available to anyone who asked.
