| #0 / Thu, 11 Nov 04 17:45 Lost have had another great year of laying down some fantastic underground beats and will be rocking it early in December (04/12/04) once more with an exclusive UK dance floor set from their guests Marshall Jefferson and Jeff Mills and an exclusive preview of Mr Mills upcoming dvd project 'Three Ages' in the alternative area.
The name of Jeff Mills, an uncompromising pioneer, both as a dj and producer, within the field of electronic dance music, is synonymous with that of the LOST dance floor. Having played for the London party on many momentous occasions over the past 11 years he returns for another dancefloor extravaganza. Marshall Jefferson plays his first set at LOST, although regulars will be more than familiar with his production work which includes such classics as ‘House Music Anthem’, ‘Jungle Wonz’, ‘Hercules’ 7 Ways’.
LOST founder Steve Bicknell continues to showcase his own take on machine funk while highlighting forthcoming outings from himself and Juan Atkins on Cosmic records. The second ‘Purple’ Room will showcase Kim Bilir and Lost regular Steve Stsis

Metro in all fairness i dont think Mills receives full justice when playing in big festival style arenas. And... I know he has been playing some tunes for years... but he is one of the key masters of the Detroit techno.

it could have been much better.
It was a nice surprise to see Jeff Mills come in and introduce his new black&white audio visual dvd... and for them to have a huge room full of couches / seats for people to enjoy it.
Apart from the very-sticky-floor/late-starting-mills and very-long-cloakroom-queue... Mills rocked. As he always does.

MARSHALL JEFFERSON!!! If I'm honest, I was surprised as I've played in better venues myself but it was most welcome and we made the dancefloor our own and had a fuck1n wicked night... cheers Marsh!!!
