 | RA Review Like the recent Terrance McDonald release , a very fresh-faced Gene Hunt recorded this music with the late, great Ron Hardy many moons ago. The similarities don't end there: as is the case with the McDonald reissue, Throwback sounds timeless. In fact, played next to many of the modern-day records..

| #9 / Fri, 08 Oct 10 19:19 great stuff. its crazy to think that in terms of house music, everything has been done before 1991 or 92.

| #14 / Mon, 11 Oct 10 14:24 I don't know... I thought this was kind of overhyped given the names associated with it... I played it a bunch of times at the record store on Saturday and decided to take a pass. I love Ron Hardy as much as the next guy but A1 / B1 seemed like some pretty plain drum tracks. "US Studio" was the one that I felt was really cool but didn't think it made sense to get the whole EP for it.
