The Italian DJ/producer speaks with Sweat Lodge Radio about his background in dance and theater, his collaboration with Gui.Tar and his addiction to analog sounds.
I'm dismayed that Massimiliano doesn't get more recognition, so it's good to see him featured in the feed, even if this is a relatively dull article. I was lucky enough to see him tear apart a Sabotage squat party in Berlin a couple of years back, and then find out he was playing at the Robert Johnson whilst I was in Frankfurt. To say the trip to Offenbach was worthwhile would be an understatement - his set has texture, warmth and colour, with disco and tech influences blending perfectly. It's not often you hear another DJ that makes you rethink what you are currently playing, but that's exactly what Massimiliano did that evening.
