Looking forward to this. Structures 1 was one of the better Digweed mixes of late, in my opinion.

Drones - i'm sure Digweed will release an underground 'l33t' edition just for you! :)

JPS1989 - same here man! he released quite a few techno tracks under the name of 'solieb' not so long a go, you should check those out (that's if you haven't already)

I heard a couple and only a couple, really liked isotropy actually. That was 4 or 5 years ago though and don't think he has released much since then. I wonder when it will be 'cool' for djs to play classic trance again? Surely can't be that long, heard a lot of acid and classic house in the last few years from the top djs.

I don't need any special edition Tribal Trance. It's so hard to live your life after reading a negative comment?

not really, but why bother posting such an irrelevant comment? tracklist looks typical digweed to me, and its far from mainstream.

I'm hoping there's some pretty special stuff on the 3rd CD because the first two look incredibly unremarkable. I don't need ambient versions of these tracks, and I certainly don't need a live recording from LA.

looks ok i really thought vol. 1 was just average, and i think ending the first disc on some ambient and chill tracks is a nice change of pace from other mixes. also i hope theres no crowd noise on the live mix unlike on vol. 1 cuz that really kills the mix for me atleast.

Can't wait. L.A. looks good.

Very excited for this! Out of all the albums I've heard since last summer, Structures is still easily my favourite.

The Live LA mix is RIDDLED with crowd noise according to his CD 2 preview mix on Transitions. And I really hope he releases a mixed version of CD3 for us non-DJs.

I can confirm there is some crowd noise but I don't find it annoying, It actually blends well. I used to think it took away from the production values (Like Oakenfold: 2 years at Cream - sound quality is a bit off with the live sound/crowd) but then started to like it...if you want that record that makes you feel like you are at the club. Production value is great on these disc, 3rd disc seems to be the same songs on the first 2 just unmixed..but then again I have the digital copy...retail may be different.

As for the mixes I am digging them both, I am giving it a 4/5. Digweed is the master of the crescendo, starting off with some grooved slow burners then turns up the heat by track 13 but still keeping that trademark pacing that is classic Digweed.

Just grabbed myself a copy of this. I've always admired Digweed's craftsmanship yet admittedly, I've not always loved the stuff that he releases.

I personally don't think that this release is particularly groundbreaking or pushing any boundaries here (nor should it need to do) but, I do think that it's a good selection all the same.

Similarly to the above post by Karma_lounge - on the live mix, I'm also quite liking hearing the crowd, it adds a certain flavour to it.

I have to hand it to Diggers, he really is the dog's bollox when it comes to production and working his smooth mixing skills - a true genius at work with enviable talent.

It's by no means my fave release from the Bedrock maestro but it deffo gets a 'thumbs-up' from me. :-)
