Surgeon himself reckons the Coltrane track at the start of the mix got the copyright people's ears a-burning and resulted in him taking the mix off his blog. Anyways here's a download link for this excellent mix.

Yes, that's what he explains in his blog. As Mixcloud is licensed to play copyrighted music, Coltrane track should not be a problem there.
