one T, no H - minimal indeed On another note, this is epic, the best suince "seeing through shadows" though? What about Heartthrob "Baby Kate"? - Mind you, that could have come before.....

| #25 / Thu, 07 Jul 11 00:21 Ye i feel the dub version too. Great tracks but i'm sure the fact that it's released on minus helps it's case for 4.5 rating...

Are you serious? Might have been the case five years ago that its release on Minus would influence the rating. Now? Not so much at all. Definite highlight from his live set. Great track.

| #27 / Thu, 07 Jul 11 04:49 Really great music from Jonson - lots of detail and feeling. Too bad the m_nus artwork is so lifeless; the release deserves something a bit more... valuable.

| #28 / Thu, 07 Jul 11 10:27 (Edited: 11 Jul 11 11:09) Really don't understand how you can get so excited by this. It sounds like a million other tunes, its melody is incredibly generic and the arpeggio sequence could come off any soft synth preset. Not offensive but very boring.
edit: actually I listened again on proper speakers, it was a lot better than my first listen on headphones.

This is the second Minus EP review on RA in the past 9 months. OF COURSE that must mean RA are biased towards them.

Like yossarianlives, I reckon it is a little generic..and sounds a lot like Aril Brikha track - (I think it's ) Deep Space Contact?

You play and love house music because of the surfy look of this cover?

| #41 / Fri, 08 Jul 11 11:06 The days of RA handing out good scores to M-nus and minimal techno generally are well over. If this was deep house, a Chicago/Detroit reissue, UK Funky or obscure Dub Step, I'd be with you, but it isn't so probably justifies the rating.

| #46 / Fri, 08 Jul 11 13:33 I don't mind the dub version, but the original does nothing for me at all. I haven't bothered with Minus for a long time and i can't see that changing anytime soon.
