For early-nineties me, Rez was the reason listening to Afghan Whigs and Ride no longer seemed like such an exciting thing. Rez and Dogman Go Woof... And Cowgirl... And Skyscraper.... Legends. Plus the fact that Karl Hyde smacked Huey from Fun Shitting Criminals over whasserface from some band. And if it didn't happen it should have.

| #15 / Mon, 27 Jun 11 00:24 i'm on my third listen to this, only because i just enjoy listening to karl describe the evolution of he and rick's great band. i remember the first time i heard 'dubnobass' through a college friend of mine back in the day - i wasn't even listening to electronic music back then. i heard that album and hands-down became a devotee to this music. then 'second toughest' came along. it only got better. fantastic podcast... and to end it with 'Dirty Epic' - my absolute favorite track off 'dubnobass'  MUCH respect to karl and rick...
