I think this is pretty much liquid paragoric for the brain. the mix out of that track is spooky and full of horrific strings. all in all a good warped deep set with some good ideas and long blends. would like to see him live. this set reminds me of the first time i saw seth troxler at mutek 2006. had people dancing and wondering how fucked up it could sound while still making everyone dance.

it's "Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band" by german band F.S.K.
the singer is called michaela melian. she also has two solo albums out which are very nice in a post-nico kind of way.

| #50 / Wed, 17 Aug 11 04:06 Is it just me or do the kick drums and percussion in general tend to dominate some of these deep house podcasts, overriding some of the beautifull melodies going on underneath? Around 40 mins in there seems to be a loud jumble of percussion going on and I'm sure there's some great deep house happening underneath the mess.
