Through his live DJing performances and on Radio 1, Rob Da Bank has always pushed a wide variety of sounds. His quality Sunday Best label (Founded in 1997) has always adopted a similar open minded view to its output, with first outings from Lemon Jelly through to their current roster, including Grand National, Lazyboy and Max Sedgley. The next aural installment comes from the head honco himself in the for a 2CD album suitably titled ‘Sunday Best’.
Traveling through his crate fom years gone by and to the current day CD will a collection of Balearic classics ((i.e. Jorge Ben, Laidback, Go Team, Flash In The Pan, Demis Roussos etc.), whilst CD 2 catalogues his favourite tunes and recent additions to the Sunday Best stable. Don’t expect a dark, driving club release, but rather a CD that will broaden your appreciation for alternative sounds and which will compliment a Sunday BBQ as much as a Sunday night bender. Out know through Sunday Best.
