A great sunday and monday, there´s no better start in the year than to party with so good residents. Thank you Klock, Dettmann, Fengler, pete, prosumer, Tama Sumo, nd baumecker, nick höppner and Boris and thanks to the guests dvs1, rodhad and luke slater.
I couldn´t hear everything, I couldn´t be everywhere to hear their whole sets but I always had fun.

Ben klock was my highlight on the dancometer, I danced as if the end of the world was for 2012 :D

Happy regulars everywhere, good music and good mood on the dancefloors, my big music nerd family around, ... thank you!

2012, here we go!

Definitely had an amazing Sunday / Monday morning...Stayed for something like 24 hours.
Highlights: Dettmann, Fengler who was simply fantastic (best set i have heard from him), Klock (except the last hour - not so much my thing)...then the fire alarm kind of ruined it for me...headed for the Lab where Boris was playing for something like 15 hours. Back for DVS1 who was very good too. Back upstairs for a while but my body was wrecked, so it was bar time...we left around 9am, thought about coming back at some point in the afternoon, but never made it!

There is always another session round the corner!

And as Erwan said it is always fun to party with the usual suspects! Wave

monday 17:00 still going
not very exciting tho
place could do with a black sabbath or clash record being dropped

also the lab should be opened on sat nights as a disco / deep house only zone for the heads

fair play to tama sumo for the garage tho
great vibes

Did she drop a couple of Todd Edwards records? 'Saved My Life' made her set in London one of 2011's best for me.

At one point I left berghain to go to hear her in panoramabar. perfect timing, when I arrived she dropped dj boom´s "kinda kickin" and 2 records later, I shout as soon as I recognised "the world is love" of steve silk hurley, one of my all time fav and one I never heard befor in panoramabar even though I´ve read she already played it in 2011. I was so happy! She also pleased me playing levon vincent´s "impression of a rainstorm" and some old tresor records.

speaking about classics (totally agree with emmgee, at NYE we hear quite a lot of them) Ben Klock dropped again Gecko "close your eyes" (how many time was it played in 2011?) as last record and prosumer played aly us "follow me"

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_fdOPvmBrI

norma jean belles "love me in the rain" and and and ... brooks "clix"

www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhHewpvEed8

and I heard many other old goodies and new ones :) as said, with theses residents, you can´t do it wrong musically.

Next @ Klubnacht
Well my two cents got out of bed for the last half of nodge's set decent as always. After that Slater, he is in my top 10 of favorite all time producers but he is just not that of a strong dj. After that Dettmann something totally different what i heard from him the last few times, extremly monotome and a lot of tension in the set. His set was hard to chew for the no-nonsense partypeople but for purists he showed his skills as a dj and his capability of playing such a various range of music. 2 id's for you: www.discogs.com/Polygon-Window-Quoth/release/24349 and www.discogs.com/B12-32-Lineup/release/1250247

After that Len..well let's say it was the most crowded part of the night and i took a rest of 2 hours and 45 mins...but bring it with a smile ;0) Then the man who is the only who has played 2 of my all time favorite tracks Xiltram and Plasmids but i just don't dig him as much as the other 2 residents(B&M) How i have been wrong with a straight face he played a spaced out super balanced set with tracks i can only dream of and don't know. He wouldn't give away any tracks to anybody who asked. This was his special set and he took a lot of efford into his track section he also got to play a little longer then the other residents. Respect to Fengler!

After that Ben he strated with this www.discogs.com/D-Saw-EP/release/34893 for the rest only quality we are used from this charismatic charmer he is only getting better and better. After that dvs1 the find of Ben and one of the best kept secrets for 2 years. He can mix like the raving hell with his unique style he once said where he lives that's why he is playing like this. He has not poisoned with the inspiration where some many people got it from the big raves in europe he had to create his own raves with a small amount of people. After Zak's last record i had to bail out otherwise i tgot the best of me. I still have to hear Redhead for a first time i heard to many good stories about him. See you the 11th.

Special thanks to my...well you know who you are. i had a blast!
