Jan hammer one of a kind for sure

martyn is so solid. dig on RA for an old fabric mix he did, it's all really good house/techno.
...and i got that morphosis on wax as well, amazing music.

While Jan Hammer is often known most overtly for the Miami Vice stuff, the jams he used to lay down with the Mahavishnu Orchestra & Jeff Beck were totally awesome. I think he is the best keyboard player ever. His other contemporaries all too often end up playing in a masturbatory fashion. I talking about you Keith Emerson.

Great feature. Helped me understand why I love his music so much-the man's got good taste.
