I actually like it when it's hot and sweaty  but for tomorrow's show we have hired in some huge industrial fans to make sure we keep you lovely people that ickle bit cooler we might even chuck a snow machine or 2 into the mix to help exaggerate the coolness ha

Thanks to everyone for making it a night to remember... all DJs were on fire, but extra big props to Lord Weatherall for delivering one of the best sets i've ever heard in my lifetime - right up there with the  DJ Harvey, Sonar/Barcelona epicness earlier this year! Looking forward to reliving it all with the recordings from the night - watch this space...

| #38 / Mon, 19 Dec 11 11:13 Weatherall was fantastic, special moment when he dropped Smokebelch and then into Spastik, never thought I'd hear him drop Hardfloor Acperience! truly fantastic, Ralph played a good set of classics but under appreciated by the crowd imo, Chris Duckinfield misjudged it completely, far too heavy and tracky for midnight, Subb-ann was blinding. Funny crowd, too much attitude and very few smiles where I was dancing!

| #43 / Sun, 22 Jan 12 12:18 Such a top night. Went to Leeds in 1994-98, queued but never got into Basics..so went to Vague instead..i missed out. BUT when i saw this come up, i was like a child again. At middle 30's I was entranced with Weatherall's set (not seen him since some London Xpress night many moons ago)..stunning stuff. A set which played pretty much all of my favourites..Energy Flash, some Red Planet stuff..great to finally hear it again via soundcloud. An amazing party, educating the new breed as to what the early 90's music is all about = quality. Smokebelch set the scene perfectly... Thankyou

What an absolutely brlliant party this must've been to celebrate a legendary club with the best, funniest fliers and friendliest, most convivial promoters ever. The fact you can download a copy of Lord Wevvers's headlining set is not just a marvel but a cause for celebration all by itself... Much love.
