| #0 / Tue, 23 Aug 05 02:30 As the party season hots up around Sydney, Jam Music have announced they will be launching a new Friday club night Mint at the Chinese Laundry. The first installment of Mint will take place on Friday 2 September and will focus on delivering fresh house music and fresh talent with a strong rotating resident roster consisting of Yogi, John Devecchis, Bob Frisky, Alex Taylor and Ben Morris . For those of you needing help winding down after a busy working week, Mint will help you do just that with fresh house in the main room with a hint of breaks and beats in the back room.
The launch night will see Brisbane based trio PTY LTD showcasing their reinvented funky house music blending ol'skook and nu skool with classic souled out vocals.

Chinese Laundry: SGT Slick (Melbourne), John Deviccis & Matt Crawford
The Cave: Matt Aubusson & Dave Choe present “Glitch” featuring minimal techno & electro, with guest Mike Callender
Mint @ The Chinese Laundry - 23 September
Chinese Laundry: Bob Frisky, Jilbert & Tim Boffa
The Cave: “Junction” a night of tech house with a dash of breaks presented by Simon Bell. Guests are Vance Musgrove & Ross McGrath
Mint @ The Chinese Laundry - 30 September
Chinese Laundry: Hemmesphere 4 launch featuring Andy Caldwell (UK) plus Yogi & John Devicchis

| #10 / Wed, 19 Oct 05 23:37 Alright, this is a bit late....but thank god for this event listing on here. I had the greatest time @ Andy Caldwell. Bouncy/Glitchy/bass heavy house. Great sound system, great staff, tons of high fives, and amazing people. I might have talked to some of you...I was the drunken American kid in a yellow striped t-shirt with dark hair acting like an idiot. I talked to the girl that promotes the night...is she on here? Thanks for this, it was my last night in your country and it capped it off perfectly. Goodluck with your future stuff there! I promote/DJ here in the states so I know how things go. Hopefully I make it back in the near future!
