never been to tape, is there two rooms where people play or just one?

are the two rooms the same size? do people think this'll go into saturday seeing that 12 djs are playing or that both rooms will be open?

there is a large main room and then a fairly small room upstairs. I would expect things to be winding down around 9/10am.

hey hey! I see things are popin... we will have some lite eat's as well...the party will go as long as we can go! hahaha last time we closed at 8:30am I think we will go till 9 or 10 for sure....the reduce guest list was sold out yesterday!
but it will be open till this weekend...looks like a sold out event. as far as the club goes....this is one of the best sounding rooms in all the places I have played in warm...analog sound...see the owner is a house head...and he built the system.
sound is so good I made several tracks in it...hehehehe.

how was it?

Good

It was not on the plan for me to go there but having loads of friend going and realising at the last moment that some smallville djs would play aswell I changed my mind.

arriving early was the good idea. julius steinhoff was playing birds of john daly (thanks gordon for id) exactly the kind of tune I was hoping to hear this night. it couldn't begin on a better way.

loads of djs, so they did pretty short sets. loads of people and I was quite tired so I can' t say I dance a lot in the middle of the night even though the music was good. first question: who was the dj playing at 4:00 AM? I did like his sound. Jus-ed also presented one dj Qu track, Loved it.

Nina kravitz played out of the classic house sound, going from a track sounding a bit like a green velvet and then upward. It seemed to me that she was playing her records quite quickly taking some risks with the mix.

I also enjoyed the selection of juniper, from old school sounding house to a very minimal and deep baby fords track. He blew me away with this last one, going so deep in the middle of the night. I loved this move. Guess it was "westway" of baby ford.

After 7, there was more place on the dancefloor, so I danced more easily letting my arms balance as I like. Jus-ed began his set with some pretty agresiv tunes for me (apart from the remix of "follow me") (above all if you compare to the babyford tracks) but I was really pleased to hear "show me love" and after a serie of hits (club lonely, house music, ...) he went back to more deeper sounds. Then those who were still on the place did a back to back and I have THE question:

What was this fucking beautifull track played just after mike huckaby' s baseline 87' ? it was around half past eight. and who played it? (it was just before fred p took over during the B2B)

I could look after many other ids actually, then again, I' ve heard a lot of really good tunes along the night.

the only disappointment for me was that nina and levon didn't get very long at the decks. but overall it was a great night of music!
