Great idea/concept but where did you find these two jesters to interview?

There were some really good points raised though regarding the "concert like" effect of buying tickets/planning in advance and yes the London scene is suffering for this. There is too much hype around every event and promoters are taking the piss with prices all over, especially the bigger promoters who start there tickets off at £12-£15 without a single dj announced.
London needs to chill in general. The scene would be alot better for it.
People who piss and moan about toilets should be dragged directly to berghain....
Big club wise: We really miss the end and turnmills is old old news. Regarding big clubs: Corsica is by far and away the hottest club in London right now - wicked sound, great relaxed vibe and staff, and Cable could have some potential if the line-ups were any near the cutting edge (which they are not). The vibe around the place is good and very relaxed. These two clubs are the only two permanent clubs where you won't get rushed out of the door as soon as the night ends.
Plastic People was beyond amazing, way and above anything.. but they removed the system and pissed all over it. Still a good club though by standards.
Best warehouse space was Red Gallery before closure and Citipost Building is cool.
Love Fever do some good parties. Electric Minds is one of the best but line ups arn't always as good and they pack it out far too much up there. Warm is usually excellent wherever. Black Atlantic does some very good stuff and keeps it varied.
Fabric seems less cutting edge now and seems to have the same dj's on rotation mostly. Maya Jane Coles has played there about 4 times in the last 9 months, with Mr C on rotation, Ricky V every 3 months. Dettmann, Klock etc will get a look in room 2 every now again, as will the big players from all of the other "sounds". Slam, Sneak Agoria, Radioslave, Lazarus, Von Stroke, Neuman, Jay Haze,Carter, etc yawn (its becoming a bit of an old boys club) Not comparable to that other big Berlin club, whose focus is on young talent/strong residents and clever old hands - cutting edge varied and eclectic is what we want. Fabric can do much better.
There are some very good spaces around Hackney and the vibe is always much better than the shoreditch thing. Great to see promoters using them, and of course there is alot of potential around the Wick. Lets see what happens once the olympics fucks off......
