| #8 / Fri, 04 May 12 19:01 Is there any way of putting up some more tickets on here or maybe giving details for an official ticket outlet? I don't want to give 40 pounds to a 'ticket rep' on a mobile or pay you directly... No other festival operates like this. You only have 196 people attending on here but your sold out? You'd need 1000 plus to cover your over heads... Something doesn't add up...

| #9 / Sat, 05 May 12 00:00 @Littlemisssunshine Thanks for contacting us. We allocated a specific amount of tickets for RA sales, an amount of physical tickets and an allocation for online (PayPal) sales. The RA allocation sold out very quickly - you do not need to be a member to purchase tickets on RA and not everyone clicks 'attending' for every event they go to. Please be assured that our overheads are covered. We have a landline number and registered offices should that make you feel more comfortable. PayPal is a safe and secure way of purchasing online and you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. We're sorry you felt apprehensive and hope we've provided a tranparent enough answer for you.

| #18 / Sun, 03 Jun 12 11:39 This was by far the worst event I have ever ha the misfortune of attending. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a 'festival'! More like a crappy stage dumped in the middle of someone's back garden and a couple of portaloos. Shocking. How they felt justified to charge £40 entry is beyond me. I'm literally baffled. What a steaming pile of stinking SHITE!!!

| #19 / Sun, 03 Jun 12 11:59 There was no preparation for the rain whatsoever except one pathetic tent which was so small and packed it was probably a serious hazard to enter. I assumed that for £40 there would at least be a field with a couple of tents and stages...but a back garden??!! Havin an absolute laugh!!! The bar was beyond a joke as well, couldn't get anywhere near it. Luckily I left In time to salvage my night by going somewhere half decent that cost half as much, but for those poor bastards who stayed...the bloody thing was finished by 12am!!! Festival 24?? Glorified Garden Gathering 12 more like!! Cheek!

| #22 / Mon, 04 Jun 12 15:30 Festival 24 would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by its premature closure, caused by a series of incidents that ultimately developed into an unsafe environment for our patrons. Our aim was to put on an intimate and different event for good people in order to raise awareness and money for charity.
The safety of our guests is paramount and it is for this reason that we decided to contact the police shortly before 10.30pm, to assist us in a safe resolution.
The Festival 24 team and the police, (who had visited the site a little earlier and raised no issue with capacity), decided together that an early closure was the only way to ensure public safety. Unfortunately this left us unable to deliver our promise of a full 24 hours of entertainment to our ticket holders.
We are currently evaluating the outcome and losses for ticket holders who did not gain entry, as well as significant losses to the organisers. We will do our best to resolve the dissatisfaction of our patrons. Please bear with us while we work at resolving this.
We would like to thank those of you who attended in good faith and those who are supporting us despite what others are suggesting.

| #24 / Tue, 05 Jun 12 10:07 What a fucking load of shit! The drink ran out, the police shut it down because you over sold the event! You had an mc over house ffs. I knew this would be a scam, ticket reps on mobile numbers, only a few tickets released on resident advisor... The promotors were in this purely for money and taking advantage of a scene where most peoples hearts are in the right place... I've contacted trading standards and the police about the fraudulent event you ran and will take this as far as it needs to go.

| #27 / Tue, 05 Jun 12 21:59 These guys deserve a medal for the worst Festival of the decade. I heard they didn't have a licence and oversold the event. Pure Greed. To add insult there was no shelter from the rain thank god iI bought my tent. Which I layed in for 2 hours and decided what a pile of shite I am going home at 12am to then be intimidated by about 15 police cars and a road block. I think everyone should have a full refund. What a waste of £80. Shame on you.

| #28 / Wed, 06 Jun 12 10:59 I think you need to give everybody a full refund, you falsely advertised this event as a festival which was more like a garden party. You over charged everybody yet spent as little as possible on the event.

| #33 / Thu, 07 Jun 12 15:47 Saddest thing is the fact the organisers seem to not be accepting any blame or responsibilty for the lack of organisation...400 capacity venue and over 1000 tickets sold, hmmmm...

| #34 / Fri, 08 Jun 12 10:36 I have been onto trading standard the citizens advice bureau and the charity itself. The Director of the charity is calling me next week. I am not going to let this go and anybody who went needs to complain and do something about it too. This was a brilliant scam.

| #35 / Sun, 10 Jun 12 19:07 Same, I managed to speak to "marsha" from festival 24 on the phone, I'm disgusted with the way she handled it. She basically insunuated myself and the police where making it up about what happened. I said, the fact of the matter was, you over sold the event and you know you did, even one of your ticket agents told me this, it also states on the ticket the amount of sold, any retard can see this. Also, a 24 hour festival which had no late licence for alcohol?! What a joke! I won't be letting this go, I've informed her for a reply before I take legal action against them. Everyone needs to help stop them running another scam of an event.
