Hi how do we get our money back for the tickets that I have bought. The only reason we chose this event was because of the venue literally being a 5 minute walk from home. We do not want to go to Greenwich and need to be refunded. How do we go about this please? Thanks

guys get a grip !!!! secret sundaze have managed to pull off the impossible by securing an alternative venue for this . the least you can do is to really show some level of appreciation and to really support all the artists that are traveling from far afield to come and play .
would it really kill you to make an effort to travel beyond 5 minutes from your house to support these guys and their efforts . ? shame on you really . to even state that you only bought a ticket because the venue was 5 minutes from your house is embarrasing to say the least . no wonder london is going down the train when people just can't be bothered to support good music .

Does everyone realise the venue is a 10min walk to North Greenwich Tube which runs past midnight? It's not the Greenwich in Fairfield County, Connecticut USA.
I bet most of you also live 5mins from a Tesco and have your fucking shopping delivered via online too.

I must say i had similar perceptions of the House and Terrace for the SS bday party with Moodymann, however it turned out to be an amazing outdoorish venue. Loads of space, great decor, decent sound, brilliant party. Think some of you east london cats need to broaden your horizons!

Yep guys, the 10th birthday party here was brilliant. We went to the May opening party here too last year and both times were great. I'm sure the SS crew will make this a banging party! Have faith!

Refund?

Hi guys.

We are as disappointed as you that a new venue that we haven't used before has fallen through at the last minute, through no fault of our own.

However, every cloud has a silver lining and we are very excited to be back at The House and Terrace where we hosted our 10th birthday last summer. Anyone who was there can tell you just how special that party was.

It wouldn't be the start of another secretsundaze summer season without a few bumps along the way

Bringing first-timers who worried about venue change, but totally re-assured them its perfect, it's summertime there whatever goin on outside, can't wait !!

I live 5 mins away from the house and terrace, i will admit it's not got a good reputation among people i know.... Never been there myself as attracts the wrong crowds on a normal night..... I've persuaded our group to go.... This is not a night event and it's mainly pre sale tickets....I'm confident that Sunday will be awesome!
