Last we heard from scouser Slackk he was making fluorescent eskibeat with "Polar Bear" and bizarre sexed-up juke as Patrice & Friends. He continues his laboratory experiments with his first EP for Local Action, a synth-soaked exercise in retro reverse engineering.

Pretty weak release. A1 is alright, A2 sounds like Untold with some sort of severe mental disability and B1 is flat out cheesy and maudlin. B2 is really cool though.

That's funny you say 'maudlin'... my girlfriend heard this and was like, 'Wow, he's sad, isn't he?' or something to that effect. I actually like '90 Years' quite a bit, though.
