for folks who don't get the podcast, I love new and old styles of house myself, but I can't stay repeating what I did and played in 1993, I feel so stagnant doing that. and a feel like jukebox. I try to still keep the groove of things I love, and I always keep a very open mind, there are serious soulful places I play like southportweekender, and I see just how far I can go before people start scratching their heads, and vice versa in other places that are a bit more techy. In saying this I have always played music I love, and I make music the same way. If I didn't I would stop today right now, It's all love for me, I have a lot of respect for other people and DJ's views who come to see and hear me, and I hope to continue to do what I love, and for people to enjoy it. Why do you care why someone doesn't like a certain podcast? Is their opinion going to change yours? It doesn't matter if there isn't any substance behind the comment. I'm fairly certain we all know that you can't please all the people all the time and therefore not all feedback is going to be positive. I'm sure Mr Chandler and all the other contributors who DJ/Produce etc are not losing sleep over it.

Such a strange one this. I've listened to so many podcasts that have disappointed and have wished that the DJ responsible post a response to outline why he mixed why he did and his / her thought process behind the podcast. Basically a chance to enlighten me.

Here I have a mix that is totally sublime, mixed by one of the Don's of house music and require no additional comments from him because the mix is so tight. Yet Kerri feels the need to come online to justify what he is all about and what is he has served up as a podcast.

Kerri, forget the justification, keep doing what you love and what you feel. Top mix and the fact that you have posted shows how classy you are. Legend!!!

Kerri Chandler is one of my favourite producers and probably one of my biggest inspirations for House music. Though listening to this podcast has just confirmed what is true..

Selling out to places like DC10 and playing for the "benjamins" I feel that he has lost his "soul" and the music that I'm listening to here is just all that crap coming out on those "hypey" labels..

Kerri was the innovator of some amazing music - though Kerri supporting and playing the crap that is on this podcast is just sad.. Another disposable mix on RA....
