| The Feed Tiesto tops the list, with Sasha, Pete Tong and Daft Punk also making the top ten. (How this was complied, though, is anyone's guess.)

I have no doubt that Villalobos makes far less than most of the Djs featured on said list due to his limited to near non-existant presence in the United States which, for better or worse, is undoubtedly one of the most valuable markets for wealth accumulation. Sven Vath is, given the nature of Cocoon, a far more surprising omission. Then again there is no information as to how the list was compiled so I'm going to take its findings with a hefty pinch of salt.

| #8 / Wed, 13 Jun 12 07:07 (Edited: 13 Jun 12 07:24) Sure Hawtin, Väth and Ricardo made in excess of 2M, look what revenues are made in Ibiza. But they make far less than they could make, because they still care about the music and the people and do not want to become pop musicians like David Guetta. Ricardo plays at the Robert Johnson four times a year, Väth recently played at Kater Holzig, this is a strategy to have a lot of fun, not to get rich. Also Kalkbrenner should be on the list, he constantly plays big shows. We love Club Culture, and for most of us, theres is nothing greater than having a nice party in an intimate location, but there is no money to be made if you play for 200 people.
