 |
| #2 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 10:18 a pity with the residency... he's one of my favorite producers. waiting for a new record from him since a looooong time. big up prosumer!

| #3 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 10:27 if he continues to perform as a guest that would be great : )

| #5 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 10:35 no one can touch the quality and fierceness that comes out of this guy . he is fearless as a dj . him and tama sumo are the best panorama bar residents . i am sure he will move on to other great things .

| #8 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 10:52 Is this just down to him moving agencies?
I guess he'll still play on a regular basis
|

 |
| #9 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 11:33 He is a proper crate digger, and as said above he is fearless, and has a talent that makes the most obscure records work. A true DJ, educating his audience and introducing new sounds. Much love for Prosumer

| #10 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 11:39 Bitterly sad news, he was my favorite resident. Hopefully he continues to play there from time to time.

| #13 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 12:51 So sad I can't make it. Saw him spin once at Distillery and he was so captivating with his joyous aura
|

 |
| #14 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 12:55 I do hope, he'll come back as guest sometimes. But it's definitely a big loss for panoramabar. Loads of house lovers were regularly coming to hear him. His mixing and trackselection is a world apart, he is one of a kind in Berlin.
A sad news for me as a panoramabar regular but if he's happier that way and can do many other things, that's great.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7r8CHrYHY8
anyway prosumer is the man and i really, really hope this was an amicable thing and its not because of the 'slight' musical change of direction that has happened in recent months the crowd want minimal? fuck 'em, we're givin 'em HOUSE.

Hunee would be wicked but Mr Ties would also be an inspired choice, that would really bring the vibe back.

| #28 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 15:18 (Edited: 20 Jun 12 15:34) luciano and loco dice have also featured on sundays over there over the past months which I also thought was strange for pbar. Tho I heard dice played a nice set. I guess the club wants to appeal to other europeans who live in the city too maybe? I dont like these kind of bookings though as im not into the music they play. For panorama bar I think prosumer is irreplaceable...Maybe someone like Move D, Ben UFO or Albert Stone could replace him

Vultures?Lol...calm down....................I dont think anyone is out to replace him....he is irreplaceable....the posts above are people merely speculating on who we think could be a new resident.

Normally all this "minimal" dj's have been booked for the showcase of few Berliner labels like highgrade or upon you that probably have a good connection with the club...
|

 |
| #31 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 16:02 Im not a fan of the highgrade music...boring minimal sound...or this ibiza tech house kind of music....I was kidding about albert btw but I really like his mixes.....But your right move D is move D .

| #35 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 16:23 Well regardless who takes over from him, they don't have an easy job.. they will be playing to one of the worlds most musically educated crowds.. featuring more famous + infamous + house party and bedroom dj's than nearly any other party in the world.. Not to mention that Achim has the Heart of a Lion and soul of Butterfly, with a depth of musical knowledge that would surpass most ..
He will be missed but never replaced!

| #37 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 16:51 Everyone calm down !
Steve Aoki is the new resident as from next week. He'll be playing weekly 7 hour 24 minutes and 31 second sets. Not a moment longer.
He'll be crowd surfing on a large inflatable cock flanked by Sven.
a MASSIVE summer ahead (literally) Spaß

| #45 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 17:34 So sad news, he was one of my favorite residents with an unique style.
I am very curious at the reason behind the decision and who decided to end it anyway. I really had the feeling he in the last year really on fire every time he played. One thing is for sure he cannot be replaced and I hope he will nevertheless still booked a lot in Pbar. Sunday was already one for in the books, but now for sure!

Uh...Ryan Elliott, Steffi, Dinky, Cassy, and Virginia aren't german. And that's just the Panoramabar.

 |
| #47 / Wed, 20 Jun 12 19:54 Posted by realdeephouse sad thing is that these djs outside of the fortress they like to build wouldnt mean shit...
I know I shouldn't bite but you're just wrong. Regardless of the setting Prosumer is one of the best djs you'll ever see. Very few others have such a command over the dancefloor and an understanding of what moves people. Although its sad that his residency is over I hope that it'll provide him the opportunity to undertake new projects and to continue rocking dancefloors the world over
