One step at a time headband. We literally went from nothing to what we are now in less than a year. We don't seek redundancy or trite bookings, but a progressive introduction to the music. San Diego is evolving and piece by piece, so will the depth of our bookings. Our one year anniversary is with Life and Death, followed by a slew of incredible bookings to close out the year. You are sweet for your concerns though <3

Also just a side note blond:ish, lee Burridge, DJ T, Mr C, PrinceClub, and I could go on are not on that imprint that you speak of. Thanks for your input I'm sure the Lovelife guys will make sure to accommodate for such a classy and polite guy like yourself.

Wow the fact you had to preface it with "lots of great looking women" is the reason I abhor San Diego, enjoy the corny bottle service scene.

To the Lord of Hair Accessories (Mr. Headband)....how tacky your posts are and ironic, how much confidence you have in the importance of your opinion. Dude, I've been fortunate enough in life to be involved in some of the most unique and successful underground and mainstream events. You have the right to all of your completely useless and unconstructive critisms. The thing is this, as far as "scenes" go, "Lovelife" has got this shit handled. The organizers, promotors, fans & DJ's are absolutely one of a kind. I wish them all the best of luck and congratulate them on creating what they saw was lacking. I suggest you do some dancing....it might be good for you.

I've actually been to a few Lovelife parties (Voices of Black was the last I think) and was honestly not that impressed, and now that they aren't at Analog Bar anymore which barely had a tolerable crowd.

But please tell me more about these 'unique and successful undergrounds' you have been a part of, because I'd imagine anyone with actual taste in clubbing wouldn't be a fan of the shitty place that is Stingaree. Gaslamp douche party holllla~!

dude voices of black was a) on 4/20, b) during that two weekend coachella stretch, and c) before the started bringing the funktion one system. i work downtown and it was practically a ghost town that night. talk to anybody that went and saw burridge or danny daze the past few weekends and i'm pretty sure they'd find your dismissive assessment of these parties nothing short of laughable. come join the fun, its a lot easier/more pleasant to be a lover than a hater! seriously though, don't let your one experience at the lowest attendance party they've had all year where everyone was likely stoney baloney ruin a good time for you eh!
