I got a pair for free after a dj gig i Sweeden. I like that i can hook my headphones into my girlfriends when we are watching movies on a plain or on a train and that i dont have to bring my 6,3 adapter.
When thats said, the sound doesn't match my Senheizer HD 25-1 at all!!!
They are just not true, funky ore nice yo listen too. The midrange get soaked in creamy bass and irritating treble.
I sat and changed betweend the urbanears and the senheizer, and just kept my senheizer on for longer each time.
Yes yes, senheizer is state of the art, but the urbanears are as expensive, and when dj'ing i need good sound and a tight fitting cup, not fancy features ore funky colors.
This is for people who want to look like dj's not for dj's.
I've tried to find some reviews on the internet about the sound of these, but it seems like everybody got a free pair for writing about then, so everybody is like: Year they sound great n' what not
Would like to hear what other people think about this.
