NEIN! THAT'S WHAT KEEPS YOU FRESH! I LOVE YOU, DUDE!

| #8 / Wed, 25 Jul 12 04:40 (Edited: 25 Jul 12 04:52) Great read. Air Jordan is one of the best EPs I've heard all year (surprised you guys didn't review it), and his new EP on Clone is very, very good as well. Dude is weirdly underhyped for making music that is as consistently exciting and idiosyncratic (and futuristic - something that strangely seems to have gone out of style) as he does, but from the little I've read about him, I imagine he's just fine with that.
Also, now that we have all these big names out of the UK collaborating, can we have a 2562-Martyn collab please?

| #11 / Wed, 25 Jul 12 11:23 He is my favorit producer from a long running time, with both moniker (2562/AMUS) he got tons of release that is purely " loop ideas" build as full track, i got kind of all tracks he wrote, and he allways keeped up his style and his concept, nowadays is kind of rare, rare to find artist that goes on and on with one concept, that is evolving by the years, everytime he put out something is stunning, frustrating how he find that simple way that is kind of " you know what i will do " and in the same time " you will never know what i will do in the next track" , is the tipical jam of the super sets, the inner dark mistery that involve your soul, can't say more. I really hope the best for this guy, and i feel that hype will never fuck him in the ass, many was hyped just because, " we need to find the new jam" and this is very dangerous for young guys that is trying to express something really personal in the electronic seen.

Agree, I think this dude should get at least as much praise as Shed, he certainly as an unique voice and talent as Shed does (and, still, less monikers) to the point that, to me, they are on the same level, yet he always seems to slip under lots of people´s radars. Is it because he´s not from Berlin?

| #15 / Thu, 26 Jul 12 01:50 As Dario Zenker said in relation with the killer AMUS 12'' on 50 Weapons: ''While many things are getting so cheesy and predictable right now in the scene, it's even nicer to discover something that fresh and dark in summer.''
One of the few producers I still respect at the moment. Hope he can make it to South America someday.

| #16 / Thu, 26 Jul 12 11:24 I love his music. I have seen him in Paris last month but we were only 10 guys in the club when he was playing (0:00-1H30), I was surprised that he didn't bring up more people, but at least we did really enjoyed it.

Keep up the amazing work Dave!!!!

It's better for the music to avoid hype at all cost. Hype seldom does any good.
