I don't remember him at all and quiet frankly after listening to a few things Reich and Glass are far superior deserve way more credit for electronic music than this guy. Obscurity doesn't create quality, influence, relevance or even make it cool. I'll have to buy a proper recording of some his stuff. But listen music in 12 parts all 5hours of it you will then now the true meaning of trance.

Shrug. Charlemagne is on ubu.com/sound. That's good enough for me (as to relevance, influence, and quality). Oh, and quite frankly, they're all obscure. So I guess you have a point...
