| #6 / Fri, 14 Sep 12 17:43 "Phreakin'" is such a corker. I remember first hearing it from DJ Dan and wondering what it was until that mix CD came out. Spent ages trying to track it down. While it's nice to have most music at your fingertips at all times these days, part of me does miss that hunt and the satisfaction of succcess.

| #7 / Fri, 14 Sep 12 17:59 one of the biggest ever 'cult' records at The Sub Club and later back to basics was a record on Music Man called Damien Donata - Life Support Systems. It was the only record that DJs (ahem Domenic Cappello) used to cover up the label. Years later researching 20 years of basics mixes I looked into the record again. It didn't exist on discogs. I couldn't understand it as I had it in my hand. Then I found out that it had been incorrectly labelled by Music Man and it was in fact by DJ HMC. Can this now be re-visited as a bona fide classic created by Cam and does that mean my copy with the wrong labels is worth loads

I have a 2 cd mix comp...one by DJ Digital and the other by HMC...
shit, at one stage I had the tape version of HMC's mix for that compilation...
anyone remember the name of that comp???
