I don't think you can really describe Skream as a 'shit producer'. He's one of the most technically gifted and prolific producers to come out of the UK in the past 10 years.
What you mean is that you don't like his music. Which is another thing altogether.
Personally haven't bought anything of his since Skreamizm 3 but I always keep an eye on him. What's the saying - form is temporary, class is forever?
