| #4 / Fri, 14 Dec 12 09:05 listened to the samples on bleep, so you can hear the whole tunes. this is pretty lazy stuff to be honest. Burial is great but these tracks just seem aimless and dare i say it pointless. Nice aesthetic and all but i was hoping for more.
just to be clear though, this is just my opinion and i understand why many people would be happy about this release.

| #7 / Fri, 14 Dec 12 21:43 I bought the WAVs from the Hyperdub website without listening to them and am happy with the purchase.. I wouldn't say they are very conventional and each side feels like pieces of different songs stitched together. I'll have to listen some more to find pieces that I would DJ with, as is I don't think they would make sense to play straight in a set at all.

| #9 / Mon, 17 Dec 12 22:39 (Edited: 17 Dec 12 22:48) What the fuck?? I am very very disappointed how UNTRUE burial BRAND has become... For me, this single is an absolutely clear point where Burial's good times are over. Where is all the anonymity and humbleness he became known for in the first place? Look what we have here: Hype(r)dub hyping the brand (no track names? Awwwyeah so mysterious), twitter campaign... I'm aware that it is unlikely their "fault" (edit: apparently they root for it too), but for me, this is just a burial of Burial. Oh and I gave the lp a go in soho and found it very basic and uninteresting. Okay bye.

| #10 / Sat, 22 Dec 12 07:55 Its like Burial decided to have a couple of mini-mixes??? Why? I'd have been happy with 4-5 songs out of each of these tracks. I'm struggling to understand why this has happened but then again I'm not Burial & haven't had fantastic success. Still, just trying to fathom the thinking here? Being a bit disjointed in places can make it confusing. I mean, overall I like it. I appreciate the haunting sounds & mangled vocals. It wouldn't be Burial otherwise. Its going to take a few listens to understand it a bit better. Don't think I'm slating him too much here because I love the guy & he's been very inspirational to me & others. Just confused. Sorry.

| #11 / Thu, 10 Jan 13 23:31 I take my comments back. I've hammered these tracks. It just takes time to understand what he is trying to do. Whether you get it or not, you'll end up loving it. I love it. All 3 of em.
