| RA News Set to launch later this month, the Hot Creations subsidiary will have a more underground aesthetic.

| #3 / Wed, 05 Dec 12 19:47 - Why be the mastermind of chart topping label when you have the potential to be that of two? The sky's the limit. Props to him and his team's success...

| #5 / Wed, 05 Dec 12 20:18 Maybe becouse he is planning on letting more unknown artists release over this label, and Hot Creations is more saturated with already known and grown artists upcoming releases. like Crosstown Rebels and its sublabel don´t remember the name its the one with the lionhead.

I don't forget that, I want that Jamie back. I still love Panic, 911, Knee Deep In Chic and Amazon. I really wanted this EP to be good but it is just half finished tracky stuff with overused Jamie Jones sounds.

Exactly - this is nothing new (or interesting) and its a real shame as JJ is obviously a talented producer.

| #16 / Thu, 06 Dec 12 12:26 Jesus, i was taking the piss. Amazon is still an awesome record and Mr Jones knows his way around a bass-line, but do we need another HC related label? No we don't. Hot Waves has already released music by relatively unknown artists, and another label smacks a bit of overkill. Anyway - I ain't hatin', I'm just statin' - which is what an open forum is all about, unless I've stumbled onto the Daily Mail forum in error.

| #18 / Thu, 06 Dec 12 12:40 Failing to see the difference here. It's more likely to drive him either further from the underground and the music heads given the inaccurate and poor PR behind it. The label/release artwork even has the same logo. Is it just a PR stunt?
Agree that it's a shame. At the moment he's so far removed from what he could've been that I can't see a way back. One thing he certainly never will be ever again, is underground. Which makes the label irrelevant from the start. But is anybody worthy actually listening to his music anymore anyway?
Want to go more underground? It might be an idea to get your ear a bit closer to the ground first.

| #24 / Fri, 07 Dec 12 12:57 Don't forget his first Transitions guestmix, or his RebelPod from Watergate. Jones used to be a different animal altogether, a real shame to hear some of the shite he's peddling these days.

| #25 / Mon, 10 Dec 12 23:00 the idea of trying to be cool and underground by using the word 'trax' needs to stop. it worked in the 90s and that's the only time it will
