Being stuck up doesn't help and being chill isn't easy either - just look at the egotistical people around you. Yeah, maybe the 10,000 hrs theory is just bs but he doesn't care much either (and tbh this is the first time I'm hearing about it). All he is implying is that you should work hard enough and being passionate about the work will certainly help you. Yes, you may have all heard this before but what were you expecting? A recommendation for a magic pill that will give you superpowers?
