well that depends on who all qualify as 'bass' producers, but I'd say yes anyway. him and Wen are the two newish ones I'm most excited about and both have a lot more to do with dubstep in its original form (in vibe & sound) than the amorphous mass of disparate influences that came to be known as "bass music".
