The House The House DJ competition, endorsed by Mike Weatherley MP and organised by charitable foundation Last Night A DJ Saved My Life (LNADJ) to discover the UK’s best young DJ talent is proud to announce that the final of their nationwide DJ competition will be held at the Ministry of Sound on 16/02/13.
The final will be show casing some of the UK’s finest up & coming young DJ talent. The event is open for anyone aged 16+ to come along on the day to not only get involved but also to maybe witness the birth of a global superstar DJ!
We are also very excited to announce that North of Ping Pong will be playing live as well as many other talented live acts still to be announced.
Also half price drinks throughout the day and over 18’s can stay at Ministry of Sound afterward the competition has finished.
The winner will play a historic DJ set in the House of Commons terrace bar on 6th March 2013, alongside one of the world’s biggest DJs (to be imminently announced). They will also receive a full Audio Production degree scholarship worth £20k at one of the four UK campuses of the world renowned SAE Institute generously donated by them.
Other prizes for the winner included:
• A set at We Love….Space, Ibiza
• A set at Ministry of Sound, London
• A half day photo shoot @ Woolhouse Studios
• DJ equipment
All of the other finalists will be offered:
• A variety of music educational courses
• DJ equipment.
