Excited about this, but I have to say that the last few Secret Operations releases haven't quite been doing it for me. He's at his best when he uses his gift for melody to temper his gift for rhythm, the recent bits I've been hearing have all been a bit sugary and pop inflected for me.

His stuff on Warm Communcations the past few years has been better than almost anything he's put out on his own label (since 'Heavy Traffic' anyway).
