Wow, Output in Brooklyn, New York.

This venue SUCKS.

1. You buy a ticket ahead of time, and have to wait in line.
2. You are FORCED to check your jacket
3. Oh, before that you are patted down.
4. The staff is wearing those generic ear bud FBI things.
5. 74 WYTHE STREET SUCKS
6. The sound system is WAY subpar, and fixed
7. The bathrooms are unisex, and don't have doors.
8. There are four lines to get in, you go through them all.
9. The DJ is elevate a bit and 20ft away.

No particular order, but avoid output club like THE PLAGUE....

2. Most clubs make you check in your coat, this is absolutely normal thing.
3. You are patted down at every club, what you hiding?
4. That's for communication, you do realizes security guys always wear those right?

6. Its a Funktion One, deal with it. Get earplugs while you are at it.
7. All bathroom have doors. Whats wrong with unisex?
8. There are just 2 lines to get into the club (ticket holders, ga)
9. Club should be about the music it plays, not the dj.

smcgough I understand the limitations of 'legal' club in New York. Name me one venue that comes even close in sound and set up as output? Unless you are a fan of the Pasha Guido crowd within the limitations of legality this is as good a club can get sound is incredible, the line ups are amazing, its dark. It reminds me of the late 90s club era in New York. If you can attend a better techno club in NYC let me know.

I'm pretty sure Oskar Offermann has been to NYC before, unless THIS EVENT was cancelled.
