this is a recording from pressures 8th birthday party in november ( i think ) awsome night to say the very least, both stuart and orde played a blinding set ( as always )with the icing on the cake coming from luciano who blew the roof off... if your ever in glasgow scotland then i sudgest you get ur ásses to pressure for a night, you wont be dissapointed

green velvet came on after. agoria was in the other room and leftroom rec's was doing a showcase (good stuff).

argh the one with ivan smagghe was the one i missed, this set is similar to the 8th birthday party one though , its a good club night and has been for many years now and i,m looking forward to the next one which is the 29th od this month with derek may steve bug magda and of course slam, should be an amazing night, do u have any more recordings from this night? if so i would love to hear more

...but what i can offer is an upcoming soma party they are putting on down here in barcelona next week (dec 15). they have already asked me to record it.

Loft = slam, percy X (the separatists), and repeat repeat !live!

Lolita = lee van dowski, silicone soul, and octogen !live!

will be a busy (but fun) night!

i,m a regular @ pressure because it just a quality atmosphere but what gets me about it is that people dont start arriving untill maybe 11ish and by this time slam are already an hour into there set, usually i leave my freinds in the bar and come into pressure myself lol, in my eyes everyone misses one of the main attractions of the night, when u record the loft set will u be allowed to post the slam mix on here? i moderate on a board on the internet where we get recordings from all sorts of big name dj's but we hardly get any slam mixes which is a shame because people go crazy for them when we do get one

Fabric residency in London , completely diferent style again

They sometimes promote their artist albums with live vocal shows but when on the road i suspect they will be pushing songs from their Soma record lable...

the picture you're referring to gives the date of oct 05. my recording was oct 27. i'm quite certain he wasn't there.

but anyway, this is about slam :-)

i have to say that is a lovely mix red1.......... really throwing some nice grooves around...............this is the sheeit am talkin about, those guys do it v.well............lovely after club chillout party music..........we dig it over at my gaff

it's my essential "Headbanger's Ball" afta-party mix!

finally getting to hear this entire mix and i'm really loving it.

btw, i rank this as the premiere mix by a mile in terms of the DJ photo. it's well done and makes me kick myself again for not having a polarizing filter for my camera when i went to ireland (look at the shape of those clouds in the flat light!)- but i digress....

ahhh.........it takes me back to the infamous mosher Vs raver wars of the early 90's.......we managed to convert a few headens, unfortunately the rest were captured and tortured, which they actually enjoyed, strange people those metalickers.........v.strange
