Saw James and Nick for the first time in Dublin last month. There sound is fresh. I had one of the best night i'd had in a long time. Next time they're in Dublin I'll definitely be there

James Zabiela & Nic Fanciulli - One + One cover
RA Review
Are James Zabiela fans Nic Fanciulli fans, and vice versa? On their own, these two operate at opposite ends of the house music spectrum, with Zabiela pushing it to its techiest limits and Fanciulli opting for a more straight-ahead, soulful sound. The idea of a collaborative comp is a bit of a head-s..

funny how the review bollocks this compilation and it still receives a 3/5. i totally agree with everything said in the review although believe that the grading is more a 2/5.

yeah I totally agree...

Zabiela and Fanciulli is like listening to paint drying.... Progressive has totally lost itself, and together with that nasty electro (of which Im sure people will look back on like "hardhouse" wrapped into the house genre in a couple of years) it just doesnt do it in 2007....

Nic Fanciulli should have hooked up with Jesse Rose, that would have made a far more interesting couple..

don't think its too bad a compilation. some pretty good tunes on there. flow's a bit disjointed in areas but pretty good in other areas.

Its way to Zabiela influenced with very mechanic sounds and structures.. I mean, some of the tracks float perfectly together, but theres no dynamics in terms of grooves and percussion..
