 | RA Review It's down to Michael Mayer to have the unenviable task of mixing the thirteenth in Fabric's compilation series, as their DJ selection becomes ever more intriguing. Unfortunately however I found this set left me cold and relatively unmoved.

+1 - Both this and Immer 2 are great IMO.

Exactly. How could you not be moved? Opens and ends absolutely perfectly. One of my all time fav Fabrics, and agreed, it's aged quite nicely as well.

| #11 / Mon, 11 Jul 11 18:08 I'm totally embarrassed for RA. Literally a couple of years further on from here there is a review complaining about the minimal scene and 'supermarket clubbers who care more about their brand of sunglasses than the music'. All it takes is a quick glance through the old reviews, and look at what Resident Adviser was even interested in reviewing, to see that this website bandwagon jumped worse than anyone. When this review was written the 'minimal scene' was already in full swing, and RA were nowhere to be seen. They were no doubt still listening to Sasha mixes thinking techno begun and ended with 2 Unlimited. It's totally ridiculous where they subsequently place the blame for the death of the minimal scene. This was, and still is, one of my all time favourite fabric mixes BTW.
