Posts / 583 RA Since / Jul 2007 | #1 / Tue, 25 Dec 07 12:23 Absolutely no doubt about number one spot! Ricardo has been on top his game this year! I agree with most of the list apart from Digweed and Mayer. I would have had Craig richards and Steve Bug instead. Craig has just been so consistently amazing this year that its quite unbelievable that he is not in the top 10!

| London’s world-renowned fabric nightclub is a juicy peach? A crisp apple? No,an onion. It has many layers and a soundsystem of such clarity that it’s been known to bring people to tears.......

| #4 / Tue, 25 Dec 07 13:15 Luciano is definitely my highlight of 2007 as is Craig Richards. Their back to back in September in Fabric was quite impressive and Craig blew me away this year. I've started to really enjoy Ricardo quite recently to be honest and is already the one I will looking forward in 2008.
The missing ones on the list imo are: Carl Craig who delivered a very emotional set @ Fabric in March and managed to brought people to tears (including me). What a journey it was!!! Then Ewan Pearson'set in July @ Fabric was exceptionnaly poignant and gripping. I found Steve Bug quite impressive twice this year. @ Watergate in September and @ Fabric in November. Radio Slave rocked in Panoramabar in October. Mental set!!! Mental place!! I also enjoyed Andre Galluzzi's and Andrew Weatherall's sets.

It reminds me of a naughty time @ Watergate back in September (Minus showcase) when he played from 8am to 4.30pm. He was mental... and so were we all on the dancefloor!!!

other than that i hardly read through the party reviews that were supposed to convince us how good the DJ on the list is.. is writing something up that hard?!

it's alright we need more rudeness in this season of goodwill! I think Ricardo is brilliant but if we all agreed this forum would be uterly pointless.

The party is the DJ, Music, Club, Crowd and Alcohol etc, so yeah, they are just party reviews, but examples of good parties that the DJ has played at. Maybe I'm getting the wrong end of the stick

Yeah of course, but they could be less biased towards the overhyped but no necessarily over-rated tracks or DJ's, whether it be Mumbling Yeah or Villalobos.

Posts / 253 RA Since / Dec 2005 Location / Chicago | #38 / Thu, 27 Dec 07 20:37 james holden should start playing some newer tracks, which he has lately such as Nathan's remix of Vincent Oliver's "clouds in the haed". Still though, james is an amazing dj and producer and he'll probably get better ratings in 2008.
If he doesn't retire by then...
