Italoboyz - Zinga cover
RA Review
Now it's for real. After the enormous success of 'Viktor Casanova', it seems the Italoboyz are ready for the big league. Get Physical snapped them up for this, their sixth single, and like its predecessor, it's a stormer.

Great techno riff played by a violin, I can see some people reacting badly to this.

But I don't care.

This track is massive.
I feel a zinga in my ass!

Too kitchy to be taken seriously imo - same vein as heater..

Dohnhammar: that should be fixed now. Sorry about that mix-up. Not sure what my brain and fingers were doing at the moment I wrote that...

Disclaimer: I have not yet heard this.

But on description alone, I feel like Italoboyz are painting themselves into a gimmicky corner.

Steve, just let me know if you want to listen to this because I have it.

Then after you listen I will ask you if you feel a zinga in your ass.

I feel the same as Juniper. Too much heater style in this one. What's next? Mouth-organ? ;) Tech-house rednex style? ;)

Zinga is amazing.

I dont really connect it with 'heater' as this one really has a flow.

I thing it´s a bit more techy than Heater but the melody is a bit silly like Heater

Italoboyz are great guys and they do precieve some kind of a selling aura. However the tracks are terrible, especially "at de stella". I mean, Im norwegian and I do understand sweedish, and what the guy talks about is, ham, coffe with cream, weather and similar things. I just cant believe how a label like GP could add this to their catalouge!!! Why cant they put out more stuff from people like Anthony Collins and Efdemin in theese desperate times to get some proper quality music back on the marked??????????

stay tuned!

I must be crazy, I love the Dramadub and would open a mix with it no problem! I also love the No Brochili mix of At De Stella (Beatport) very minimal but works great in a mix.

I play At De Stella over Zinga any time. Zinga is too big room and cheesy for my likes, and I really don't think it's that good a followup to Viktor Casanova - I was expecting something deeper and tweaked out...not so clubby. At De Stella is a bit flatter sounding than I would have liked, but it works well in a nice chill afterhours set.

After just getting done reading the "I Feel Speed" thread and the backlash at the reviewer's rating, I'm kind of surprised to find the reactions in this thread. I'm a fan of Zinga, for sure. At De Stella is fine, too. At least they seem earnest.
