I mean, the Big Chill Bar is ok, but I'd hardly say it was worthy of the No.1 Best Club in the World...

......but Fabric doesn't start with a 'B'..........

Yep Cielo's got the right vibe.............

CLUB SPACE, MIAMI
amazing tunes.
booming system.
killer residents- Oscar G, Cedric Gervais, etc.
a "we came here to dance" vibe despite it being in one of the most pretentious and image-conscious cities in the world.
and oh yeah one more thing...............THE TERRACE.

Be interesting to see the difference in the lists, because places like Fabric book great artists musically, but atmosphere and design wise i can't see it rating that highly.

Expecting the Berlin trio to feature a lot.

I spent some time on the West Coast of the US last year and they have some great clubs atmosphere and decor wise.

I'd take Plastic People over Fabric any day of the week. Sure Fabric has some amazing line ups but I prefer listening to my house and techno in a dark sweaty basement.

Sorry but Fabric is the biggest pile of crap, it should be voted as one of the most overpriced, over hyped and most annoying places to go.
Last time i went it was £4 for a bottle of beer, not a pint or can but a bottle! Probably more now. the main room is often so packed it's hard to breath, let alone dance. On Bum n' Face (drum n bass) nights, it has such a bad attitude. The door price is pretty steep. And lastly although only because i just turned 30, it is full of 16 year olds who have no idea what they are listening to and just go so they can tell their mates in surrey that "they went to fabric"
it's only saving grace is that it does have the sickest line ups in the world and full credit to the team behind that.
I have been many times but only because my mate was bar manager and he let me in for free for years and into the VIP room. ok lets say the VIP room at fabric is the best club in the world.
I do sound like a total whinging pom i know but come on people is Fabric really that great, have you been recently?

well i didn't enjoy the over crowded over priced thing, like i said sick line ups very annoying place to try and have a good time!.

i cant think of a single aussie club in that could warrant an entry into the music category. design....YU/sydney (maybe?!)....but even then its prob got nothing on good euro clubs.

Opened at a similar time to home club in london fabric is the example of totally gettin it right and commercial monster home gettin it wrong..

walking into room 2 for the first time was mind blowing, francis doing his thing whilst richards was setting up the future in room 1.. Fabric is still intelligent in music, design and concept..

Being a brit, not mentioning the atmosphere and soundsystem in the end would be wrong!

Its kinda obvious Fabric won, look at all the good music that has come outta that club. Also FWD>> should be on that list IMO
