The Burger/Ink is the "Bring Trance back (to Las Vegas)" connection referred to in the text, but all the other collaborations you mention were last seen cerca 1995/96 which predates even Burger/Ink as the most recent and the most influential.
Long time collaborators yes, but not for a long time!!!
