- Serato Scratch LIVE (( Its just like using vinyls, use ur mp3's and no need to grab ur cds every where u go ))
- Pioneer Hdj 1000 (( Great & Pro >> i have them as a gift lol ))
- Korg Mini Pad (( Great effects, cheap and small ))
- Logitech x530 cheap and loud powerfull

Just ordered a CDJ400, don't have the money for the bigger boys and its my first CD deck so I think I will manage for a while.
Looking to replace the decks, hopefully I can get a pair of Technics on the cheap, 2 of my mates just got 2 for around 250 so I don't think it will be too hard. My decks are stupidly shit, they slip out of time like nobodys business.

2 X Technics SL1200 Mk5, DJM600s, Sony mdr-v500 headphones, and just bought (not shown in pic)ortofon concorde nightclub mk2 carts. The sh1tty numark cd players are not even connected up, they just there to stop the dust getting in my technics amp on the right !
Nice metal bodied dynamic mic, and lots of lovely black crack (vinyl) lots more out of sight.

I'm very happy with this setup, it's everything I need for mixing at home... I honestly have no need for a massive Pioneer or A&H mixer in my bedroom, and the rest is pretty tried'n'tested stuff (well maybe not Torq but I'm too poor for Serato )

2 X Technic 1200 - 2 X vestax belt drive - 2 X Pioneer dual deck tape recorders and a piece of shit gemini amp from 1981, it still work but smells like its on fire if i have it on to long. 2 cerwin vega punch series 15" sub speakers and a trunk full of funk.

so the laptop is used in the place of cdj's at djinertia? And I know this mite sound dumb but what's the traktor for?

It's not Traktor. Doesn't look like Serato either. But you'll probably be surprised to hear it would be used to mix digital files.

I route Traktor Pro into separate inputs of Ableton through Jackpilot then from Ableton to Logic Pro 8 using Jackpilot again. I use Ableton for its effects and looping capabilities and Logic for its compressors and limiters. Each channel of Logic goes to a separate input of the Korg Zero 4 via firewire, so I can mix and EQ on the actual mixer. I then go from the Zero 4 into the KP3 for even more effects. This all goes into the KRK's so I get an accurate representation of what the mix will sound like.
The whole setup is MIDI synced from the MIDI clock of Traktor Pro, meaning my mix, effects and loops are always in time.
This setup gives me a lot of flexibly and options to mess around with.

yeah but fuck setting that shit up in a club rossy.. when you got a couple mins to setup and the previous dj's on his last tune and its the 1am slot and the crowd are vibesing away..... last thing you need is to be fiddling about in the pitch black wiring stuff up and sorting out software conflicts. traktor + a laptop is enough trouble as it is!

I got ableton and serato on my laptop but I never connect them with my setup, don't really see the fun in it and I'm a vinyl man anyway.

Not really dplus, i have all the settings for the software saved and a M-Audio Profire 610 for when i play out, just have to connect the interface to the club's mixer using normal jack cables and im set!

I use Ableton when I DJ out, I've been lugging vinyl round for 10 years, and I'm sick of it. It's so much nicer to turn up at a gig with a laptop and controller, and find I have 1000 tunes to choose from rather than a box of vinyl.
